Linking Leeds Digital Referrals
We were approached by a Linking Leeds worker to offer 1-2-1 digital support to a senior lady.
Yesterday we visited her beautiful flat in Wetherby which overlooked the river to offer support sending emails, writing digital notes, navigating WhatsApp, online banking and online shopping.
In between all the digital business we had a beautiful lunch together where we talked about life, politics and food!
Following this visit we will keep in contact with her over the phone to continue offering digital support.
