National Walking Month

‘Living Streets’ are encouraging everyone to walking at least 20 minutes everyday in celebration of May being #NationalWalkingMonth.

20 minutes walking every day could look like a short dog walk, a casual stroll in the park, or a walk around your local shops.

But on every other Thursday your 20 minutes walking could look like a fun, group walk with Your Back Yard!
