- Digital Cafes
Isolation is a huge contributor to poor mental health but when we look at isolation it’s important we look at it in term of social and digital. In older and deprived communities’ in Leeds digital and social isolation is only getting worse. Therefore, the impact upon the mental health of digitally marginalised communities is only get overlooked and worse.
If you want to get online and stay connected check out the details of our sociable digital cafes below.

- Men’s Film and TV Club
The sociable aspects of our digital cafes are a great way for people to informally make friends to better their mental health. Similarly, our Men’s Film and TV Club has been a great way to reach and engage with isolated men. Men are not typically the ones who talk about their emotions, feelings, and mental health. Therefore, providing safe spaces for men to talk if they feel like it are great to spread the awareness of mens mental health.
If you want to join our Film Club sign up to our mailing service here to receive each weeks watch and zoom link.
- Guided Walks
Sometimes all you need is time to yourself, being at one with natural elements and a breath of fresh air. And walking can give you all of that in a 10 minuet stroll or 1 hour guided walk.
If you live in Leeds why not join our walking group that meet every Thursday. After the walk the group sits down for a chit chat which creates a safe space for people to speak openly and make friends!
