Men’s Film and TV club summer break

As the summer holidays hit, everyone’s social calendar starts filling up! So, our film club has decided to take a summer break. This means, our film club will not be meeting up on zoom, every Thursday, at 3pm.  However, they will be back in autumn as the days get darker and the clocks turn back. Round up – Digital Inclusion with BEA

Our digital inclusion project with ‘Bramley Elderly Action’ has come to an end.  Our project with BEA initially started in times of strict COVID restrictions as YBY and BEA identified many of our beneficiaries were digitally isolated and lacked the digital literacy to stay connected in lockdown.  Therefore, with funding from BEA, Sydney our previous placement student (with help from our incredible student volunteers) got the project off the ground in May 2021. In between all the digital business we had a beautiful lunch together where we talked about life, politics and food! Following this visit we will keep in contact with her over Read more…
