From Thursday 8 January 2026, Your Back Yard will be running Tea and Tech, a weekly programme of free digital skills sessions at Bramley Community Hub, delivered in partnership with Leeds City Council.
Tea and Tech offers a friendly, relaxed space for people who would like a bit of help with everyday technology. The sessions are designed to be practical and supportive for older adults and beginners, with time to ask questions and get one-to-one help where needed. People are welcome to come along, whether they have a specific issue they want help with or just want to build confidence using their device.
This project is funded by The National Lottery, which enables us to run Tea and Tech as a free, regular weekly session. This allows people to drop in at their convenience and return over time, rather than feeling they need to learn everything at once. We want to thank The National Lottery for enabling us to deliver this project and support people in the community to feel more comfortable and confident using digital technology.
Sessions will take place every Thursday from 10:30am to 12:00pm at Bramley Community Hub. All devices are welcome, and there’s no need to book.
